Dawnamatrix president Dawn Mostow is currently pursuing a Master of Liberal Arts in Visual Arts at Harvard University and holds a Master of Fine Arts from Pratt Institute, NYC and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Ringling College of Art and Design, Sarasota, FL.  Dawn was formally trained in the art of kimono wearing while living in Japan for many years in rural Takayama City. She fuses the beauty and elegance of kimonos with the sensuality and graphic quality of latex. Her kimono patterns reflect authentic kimonos, featuring variable sizing and open sleeve backs for comfort and ease of movement.
